ELH was contracted to undertake the demolition, asbestos removal and excavation of a residential property in North Bondi. The access areas were very confined and being located in a heavily populated area, parking access for our trucks were scarce.
- Firstly, all hazardous material including asbestos was removed and transported in smaller trucks.
- Our labour team from East Labour Hire was used to carry out the manual handwork including internal strip-out and the disposal of demolition waste to be recycled.
- Our 5.5t excavator and tipper trucks were used to demolish all hard solid waste for recycling.
- Excavation and preparation for the concrete footings and slab to be constructed.
